Who We Are

We opened our doors in 2012 to foster a healthy and lively environment for all people of all fitness levels. Our instructors are helping clients in Austin, surrounding areas, and Nationwide (through Zoom) to have a healthier lifestyle through proper exercise.

Our Classes

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they cannot wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they are getting fit and their energy levels are soaring!

There is no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It is easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

The fun of Zumba Fitness, but you use weights (3 lbs. and lighter) to tone while dancing.

HIIT class is 30 minutes. Upper body, lower body, and core. Use your body weight for strength. Wednesday class uses weights.

Yoga, which means "union," unites the mental and physical capacities for a more peaceful and purposeful being. It incorporates a lot of stretching and breathwork. If you are doing a lot of Zumba, consider adding this class to your fitness regime. You will love it!

These are 30-minute classes. Monday is lower body, Wednesday is core, and Friday is upper body. You work your hardest for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Weights and a mat will be needed for most of the classes.

Using lightly weighted drumsticks called RipstixTM, you will rock your entire body into beautiful shape while torching calories, isolating core muscles, and strengthening coordination and balance. You will feel like a rock star.

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. If you like hip-hop, you will love this class.

This is a 30-minute class with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). You work at your highest intensity for a few seconds and rest for a few seconds. No equipment is needed; you use your body for strength and conditioning. It changes your metabolism, which could lead to reducing body fat. Your body continues to burn additional calories after the workout is over.

HIIT Workout. Like MetaFit, it is a 30-minute class, but using equipment. Battle rope, kettlebell, sand bags, medicine slam balls, jump ropes, and body weight are used in almost every class. You will see improvement in strength, energy, and overall toning.
